Dave Schatz is Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of ESCO Technologies Inc.   He has been an integral part of the Company’s legal team since 1998 with a 23 year history of assuming positions with increasing responsibility, including nearly a decade of direct operating unit experience. Mr. Schatz has extensive knowledge of the company’s operations, technologies, intellectual property, regulatory matters, M&A and other complex legal matters. He served as a Director of the ESCO Foundation from 2005 to 2021.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa and a Juris Doctor from St. Louis University.

Mr. Schatz is licensed to practice law in Missouri and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.  He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Mr. Schatz was elected as Secretary of the Company in April 2021.
